Anonymous Very Nice. Lightweight but durable.

LifeLoverOne This item has been used a lot since I purchased it. That has not been too long;perhaps a couple of months. I have made swedish meatballs, gravies, rice dish on top of the stove that I often cook in the oven. It has used for sauting, frying pork steaks, and quick cooking fresh vegetables. One day the pan was left on fire too long, it scorched the food, but did not burn the pan at all. Great clean up! The price for this pan was well worth it, also that of the Simply set. When I purchased this pan I was looking for

a set of Kitchen Essentials without that cushioning on the handles. I worry that it will melt in the oven. I wish they still made that set, but I have been unable to find it. I would buy another set in a heartbeat.

ElaineinNY This is the most useful fryer I have ever owned. I bought it to use as a wok, but I use it for nearly everything now. It is particularly good for rice dishes in that you can saute your meat and vegetables, add the rice and liquid, cover and cook without fear of spillage. I've used it for making spaghetti sauce, chili and stew. The deep, sloped sides are great for sauteing. All that, and it cleans up beautifully. If I had to pare down my cookware to just one pan, this would be it.

Anonymous I have used the jumbo fryer a few times and although my first impression of it "out of the box" was that I was going to be disappointed because it is very light weight for it's size. I was surprised when I used it, that it held temperature well even though my burner is quite a bit smaller. Pork chops were nicely seared, and eggplant fried up evenly. I found that I liked that I could comfortably lift it due to the lighter weight. I will be using it instead of cast iron frequently.

My husband however, does not like it very much. I would recommend this for a female, but for male cooks I would not.

beachbumdb This fryer is perfect for making two boxes of hamburger

helper or chicken helper or tuna helper with NO spill over.

Works great for families needing to make two boxes or for singles and couples to make extra to freeze for future meals.

Also works great with the Jimmy Dean Skillets meals.

You can mix it well with no spill over.

I have owned this for 3 years and it still looks like brandnew. Hubby even used a metal utensil once

and no damage occurred although we usually use

silicone utensils.

You cant go wrong with this fryer. Nonstick surface is nondestructible.

Anonymous My pan arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. I'm very pleased with the results I've had so far. The pan is heavy and spreads the heat nicely so I get uniform browning. I love the glass lid!! I made an omelet and could see it rise and knew just when to put on the cheese, turn the flame out and re-cover to allow it to melt a bit before folding. Pork chops came out nice and brown and very moist. I want to try coddled eggs next. Thanks for a great product.

Susan I was a little concerned about the roughness of the inside of this pan. I really wondered how it could be so rough & be non-stick, HOWEVER it is WONDERFUL! I have cooked a variety of things in the pan and all has been wonderful. It's nice & deep so you can turn things like homefries without them flying out of the pan! I would recommend this pan to anyone who cooks for a crowd!

cowgirlnidaho I LOVE this pan. I cook for a crowd a lot(haying crew) and love the size and high sides of this pan. I especially like the handle on the pan itself. It makes it easier to control when I am emptying into serving dish. I try to keep an extra on hand!!

Mol Perfect for stir-fry, quick searing; uses little to no oil so cuts calories
